为推进海内外高级专业人才培养和交流，支持国内优秀高级专业人员赴国（境）外留学、进修与培训，中国留学人才发展基金会特成立留学事业部在全国范围内开展国际预科项目INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION PROGRAMME（IFP）以下简称“IFP”。

中国留学人才发展基金会“IFP”项目旨在培养学生成为国际应用型人才、专业突出型人才和文化交流型人才，鼓励学生以“为中华民族伟大复兴而读书”作为留学使命。
